PowerResizer is a simple application that allows you to move windows across the screen very easily and fast. The program sits in your system tray and allows you to control everything from there. With this program, you will be able to rotate windows clockwise or counterclockwise, and change their position directly from the program, without having to adjust their size or move them manually.
What is more, it also has the ability to make windows transparent when you move them across the screen, so you can view what is beneath them. Unfortunately, you cannot select the transparency level, which would definetely be great. If you wish to disable the program, you just have to untick the Enable Power Resizer option. The same applies to the transparency feature.
In short, PowerResizer really doesn't do much. It may help you if you usually work with several windows open, but in my case, the application wouldn't do much good to the way I work. Make sure to try it and see if you can adjust it to your workflow.
